Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During high-volume sales, holidays, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an address correction is needed, contact us immediately. While we will attempt to accommodate changes prior to shipment, modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges:

Opened Products

Due to the nature of our home fragrance and cleaning products, all opened, used, or tested items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy helps maintain product safety, quality, and integrity for all customers.

Eligible Returns

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery for store credit or refund approval. To qualify:

  • Product must remain unopened and unused
  • Original packaging and seals must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error, including damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, shipping box, and packaging materials. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within approximately 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Financial institution processing times may vary.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information or supporting documentation when available.
