Return & Refund Policy

At Bless This Mess Home Fragrances, we are committed to maintaining the quality, cleanliness, and safety of every product we ship. Because our products are personal-use, fragrance-based, and hygiene-sensitive, the following return guidelines apply to all purchases.

Returns may only be approved for products that are:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resellable condition

Any request for a return must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.

For sanitation, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been:

• Opened
• Used or tested
• Tampered with
• Missing original packaging or seals

This includes home fragrance products, cleaning products, detergents, sprays, wax products, oils, and similar consumable items.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To review the issue, we require:

• Your order number
• A brief explanation of the problem
• Clear photos of the item, shipping box, and packaging materials

Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Approved returns must be mailed back within 7 days after return approval is provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue resulted from our error.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking, as we are not liable for return packages lost during transit.

After the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was caused by an error on our part.

We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Policies, procedures, and eligibility requirements may be updated at any time without prior notice.
